
Brief:
To launch a new Notting Hill studio venue started by Artistic Directors Lucy Bailey and Anda Winter.
Method:
With a new venue and a programme of challenging work and rarely performed texts, we we were asked to deliver a broad range of high level coverage, and find a new and sustainable audience quickly.
Results:
Since the off, The Print Room has been a key destination for all first string national critics and its reputation continues to grow. A news campaign launched the venue with exclusives running in The Stage, Whatsonstage and the Independent, followed by preview features and, from the first production, reviews by the major national critics. We also worked to develop a bedrock of support from the blogosphere to develop awareness of the venue via niche groups.
