Cadogan Hall — Zurich International Orchestra Series

Distribution · Cadogan Hall, London · 2023–24

The challenge

Brochure drops and hand-to-hand distribution for Cadogan Hall's Zurich International Orchestra Series season brochure, reaching local and classical-music audiences and driving ticket sales.

Our approach

We ran local and bespoke brochure drops to businesses near Cadogan Hall and a targeted list of classical-music venues and related organisations, alongside hand-to-hand distribution outside Sloane Square station This reflects Mobius's wider approach to print distribution.and at copycat classical venues.

What we did

— Local and bespoke brochure drops to businesses near Cadogan Hall and classical-music organisations including the Swiss Church in London, Cross Keys Practice Centre and the Goethe-Institut
— Hand-to-hand distribution outside Sloane Square station
— Targeted copycat classical venues: Royal Festival Hall, Wigmore Hall and Royal Albert Hall

Results

Targeted venues were highly receptive to displaying the brochure, increasing visibility for the season and making the programme more available across the classical-music scene. Detailed hand-to-hand feedback gave a clear indication of how audiences were responding: at the First Night of the Proms exit at the Royal Albert Hall, the team distributed to a varied, mostly 50+ audience, many of whom were already familiar with Cadogan Hall and interested in the range of international performers — a good number of brochures were handed out overall.
