Mobius: a festival PR and marketing agency

Mobius is a London-based PR and marketing agency for festivals — from the big fringes to one-off and community festivals. If you’ve got a festival, or a show playing one, to fill, get in touch!

Fringe festivals

We run dedicated campaigns at the major fringes: Edinburgh Fringe PR, Adelaide Fringe PR and VAULT Festival PR. A fringe show needs to cut through thousands of others, so we focus on the press, reviews, digital and street-level word of mouth that actually sells tickets.

Festivals of every kind

Beyond the fringes we’ve worked with festivals and festival programmes including Underbelly Festival, the London International Mime Festival, LIFT (London International Festival of Theatre), Shubbak, BE Festival, Bloomsbury Festival and Fun Palaces. Each has its own audience, and we build the campaign around it.

“Dynamic colleagues full of energy and excellent ideas.”

Festival PR — frequently asked questions

Do you only work at the Edinburgh Fringe?

No — we work across Edinburgh, Adelaide, VAULT and a range of other festivals and festival programmes in the UK and internationally.

We run a festival — can you handle the whole programme?

Yes. We work with festivals on the overall campaign as well as with individual shows. Get in touch and we’ll talk through what you need.

If Mobius sounds right, get in touch — or browse our case studies.

How much does a festival campaign cost?

It depends on the show, the length of the run and the mix of PR, advertising and print involved — we build a bespoke plan and budget around each production rather than a fixed package. Get in touch for a tailored quote.

When should festival marketing start?

The earlier the better — for the Edinburgh Fringe we’d typically begin in spring to secure previews, listings and press before the August rush. We can deliver on a tighter timeline, but early starts build the most momentum.

Which festivals do you work with?

The Edinburgh Festival Fringe, the Adelaide Fringe, VAULT Festival and festivals across the UK and internationally — from large multi-show programmes to individual productions.

How do you measure whether a campaign worked?

We measure against real box office data wherever the venue’s ticketing allows — tracking the lift in ticket sales around each activity, from press hits to flyering to digital bursts. That means we can show what actually moved tickets, rather than reporting coverage and impressions in isolation.
