Our team

Managing Director

Richard Fitzmaurice became Managing Director of Mobius in 2014 after originally joining in 2006. He leads on all marketing campaigns and is always on hand to offer marketing support and advice, whether formally or informally. Richard’s extremely broad experience ranges from commercial West End venues including the highly successful Leicester Square Theatre and subsidised venues including Battersea Arts Centre, festivals including Shubbak, LIFT and the London International Mime Festival, site-specific and immersive events such as shunt, and all the way to the more interesting reaches of the music industry.

Emma Berge

Senior PR Account Manager

Senior PR Account Manager Emma Berge joined Mobius in 2011. Having risen through the ranks, she now manages the PR team on a day-to-day basis as well as working on campaigns with companies such as the Roundhouse, New Perspectives and Upswing. Her previous work included freelance arts and entertainment journalism at digital and print titles.

Rosie Bauer

PR Account Manager

PR Account Manager Rosie Bauer has worked in a variety of theatres in London, Edinburgh and Yorkshire. She joined Mobius in 2015, following a summer in the Pleasance press office at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and has since delivered press campaigns for Diary of a Hounslow Girl, Candoco Dance Company, 1927 and many more.

Flavia

PR Account Manager

Flavia Fraser-Cannon returned to Mobius in 2016 after cutting her teeth here way back in 2009. In the intervening years, she has popped up all over the place; West End and touring with ATG and Mark Rubinstein, several years at Theatre503 and co-producing with the New Diorama gaining a breadth of experience in PR, marketing and production in addition to comedy and cabaret expertise. Recent campaigns for Mobius include Fun Palaces and Sink The Pink’s Christmas shows at the Pleasance.

James

Print & Distribution Manager

James Barrett leads print and print distribution work. We work with a wide cross section of arts, leisure and SME clients to deliver best value on print orders and London-wide print distribution campaigns. Passionate about film as well as theatre, James has been involved with a number of independent film projects and recently launched his own successful production company.

Marketing & Digital Account Manager

Anne Dillow joined Mobius in 2019 after working as Communications Manager at Serious and the EFG London Jazz Festival. With over 10 years of experience working for and with London venues including Royal Albert Hall, Southbank Centre, Kings Place, Barbican and Cadogan Hall among others Anne has expertise in contemporary and classical music as well as theatre and spoken word.

Annabelle Mastin-Lee

Junior PR and Marketing Executive

Annabelle Mastin-Lee joined Mobius after graduating from the University of Warwick with a degree in Theatre and Performance, gaining experience in playwriting, production and directing. After graduating, Annabelle took on an administration role as head runner and receptionist at television post production house, Clear Cut Pictures.

Annabel Burgham

Distribution Assistant

Annabel Burgham joined Mobius in the summer of 2021: Annabel graduated with a degree in Musical Theatre from London Studio Centre in 2020. She has a passion for the creative industries and is keen to develop a career at Mobius supporting the arts. Her experience includes performing in showcases at venues such as The New Wimbledon Theatre with featured roles in musical numbers. Annabel has taken her performing skills to various performing arts schools to deliver fun and exciting classes.

Communications Assistant

Alastair Norton trained in journalism at Goldsmiths University of London, and theatre directing at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts. Having worked at the Barbican Centre and directed at theatres such as The Other Palace and at the Edinburgh Fringe, Alastair is excited to break into the world of marketing and PR, and is proud to have joined Mobius to do so.

Elin Morgan

PR Consultant

Consultant Elin Morgan has worked in communications for over 15 years and advises Mobius on strategic communications projects. She combines experience of working in-house, freelance and for agencies including Battersea Arts Centre and Lyric Hammersmith theatres, Prospero Communications as a Director and Sadler’s Wells as Head of Press. Until December 2020 she was Mobius's PR Director. She is a trustee of Theatre Uncut and an advisory board member for Uchenna Dance Company.

Our agency works right across the marketing mix to produce innovative and effective campaigns for a whole range of the most exciting companies and artists, at a whole range of scales. We create strategic live performance, digital event and theatre marketing campaigns balancing advertising, promotions, digital, ticketing and design, and link this with PR to get you the best value and the best results.

Our job is to tell your story: whether you’re about to open a West End show transferred to Zoom, developing a new model for socially distanced performance and need theatre PR, or want to shout about arts projects engaging with local communities, we’ve built a wide range of media contacts covering the arts and beyond. We reach journalists covering lifestyle, social issues and politics, and work locally and nationally to achieve press coverage your audiences will see. Our agency is committed to working with companies that champion diverse voices and those taking work to venues beyond the big cities, and we’re always looking out for emerging artists. Our experienced team work closely in partnership with selected long-term clients on their PR but we’re also able to move fast to run media relations for the next big company on the Fringe.

We’ve been working with London’s best and most savvy cultural organisations for more than ten years, and still think that print distribution is one of the most effective ways to build awareness in a saturated digital landscape. We know the best places to get your print and the people who will be most receptive to seeing a poster, and our team of experienced and enthusiastic distributers will do it. We’ll keep you in the loop all the way with comprehensive feedback and advice.
